Salon Policies
Please read all information before booking.
Booking & Deposit
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after the deposit is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Contact us at least 24 hours in advance. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment within one week. Late notice may result in loss of the deposit.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible. Late arrival may result in an additional charge, reduced service time, rescheduling, or cancellation.
Service Timing
Braiding may take several hours depending on the style, size, length, and condition of your natural hair. Please avoid scheduling important activities immediately afterward.
Hair Preparation
- Hair must be clean and freshly washed.
- Hair must be properly blow-dried.
- Do not apply oils, grease, or leave-in conditioner.
- Hair should be at least 3–4 inches around the edges.
Unprepared hair may require an additional fee or rescheduling.
Special Appointments
- 5:00 a.m. appointments: $30 early fee
- Sunday appointments: $40 surcharge
- After-hours appointments: Not available
- Selected public holidays: No extra charge unless communicated before booking
Additional Services
Additional charges may apply for short hair, extra length, extra fullness, custom styling, special colors, or services requiring additional time and materials.
Safety & Hygiene
We maintain a clean environment and regularly sanitize our tools and equipment.
Privacy & Security
Your contact, booking, and payment information is handled privately and securely. We do not sell client information.
Client Respect
Harassment, threats, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct may result in cancellation or refusal of future service.

Information We Collect
When you book an appointment, contact us or join our mailing list, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected and any notes you share about your hair or appointment.
We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, which helps us keep this website working properly.
How We Use Your Information
We use your details to confirm and manage appointments, send reminders, respond to your questions, process payments and — only if you have asked us to — share offers and style updates.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Sharing With Service Providers
Our online booking is handled by our scheduling provider, and messages may reach us by phone, text, WhatsApp or email. These providers only receive what is needed to deliver the service and are expected to protect your information.
Photographs
We love showing our work. We only publish photographs of your hair on our website or social media with your permission, and you can ask us to remove a photo at any time.
Text Messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us.
Cookies
This website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Data Retention & Security
We keep your booking records only as long as needed to run the salon and meet our legal obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect them from loss or misuse.
Children's Privacy
We braid children's hair, and any information about a child is provided by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
Your Choices
You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from marketing messages. Contact us and we will help.
